The exhibition Nature, Story and Ruoho at the Finnish Museum of Agriculture Sarka from March 5 to April 12, 2026, brings together paintings created with oil, acrylic, and collage techniques, where the rhythms and color palette of nature transform into the artist's unique visual language. Many works also utilize dried plants – such as ferns, leaves, and moss pieces – as part of the painting's structure.

In the works of the exhibition, a strong, minimalist black-and-white color scheme expands into soft pastel shades, creating a mystical and layered forest atmosphere. The multi-layered surfaces of oil paint refer to natural forms, and ferns bursting into large white flowers serve as central elements of the works. Squirrels and birds bring movement and playfulness to the whole.

Color contrasts and subtle splashes enliven the paintings and give them a three-dimensional quality. In Ruoho's works, reality and imagination merge naturally, inviting the viewer to build their own story in the midst of nature. The works are for sale.
