4. Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping costs depend on the product itself (e.g., size, weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method. Shipping costs are automatically added to the order total and are visible in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed. We deliver your order using the available delivery methods, which you can select during the checkout process.

5. Payment and Payment Methods

Orders can be paid for using the payment methods available in the online store. The payment method can be selected in the shopping cart during checkout.

6. Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, which also confirms the payment method used. If, for any reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

7. Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on product availability and the delivery address. The average delivery time is 5–15 business days. Delivery time may be longer to locations outside Finland.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel an order under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the order. The product must be returned in the same condition as received within 28 days.

An unclaimed shipment does not constitute a return.
Returned products must be appropriately packaged for return shipment to prevent damage. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping damage.
