Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to return products ordered from the online store within 28 days of receiving the product. A notification of the return must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

The product must be in its original condition upon return. Please note that made-to-order products or other personally customized items are not eligible for return.

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at svetlana.ruoho@taideruoho.fi and state the reason for the return along with your order details: your name and order number.

  2. Wait for instructions. You will receive specific return instructions via email.

  3. Pack the artwork carefully using the original packaging materials to ensure it remains undamaged during transport. If the original packaging is missing, you are responsible for providing equivalent protective materials. Please include your name and contact information inside the package.

  4. Refund process. Once the return has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in sellable condition, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid via bank transfer, we will require your IBAN/account number for the refund. The seller will deduct the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs from the total amount refunded.

Shipping Damage: If the artwork has been damaged during transport, please file a damage report immediately with the customer service of the carrier that handled the delivery. Additionally, contact us via email at svetlana.ruoho@taideruoho.fi. This notification must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
